Business Centre Solution

The business centre solution is based on Link UCS with the secretary console module.

The secretary console module is for secretary to manage incoming calls.


Call can be:

  • Directly from PSTN
  • Transferred from IVR(auto-attendant)
  • Forwarded(busy/no answer) from extension
  • Transferred from extension
  • Follow-me from extension

At the console, secretary can:

  • Greet the caller according to the company information
  • Search for a suitable staff member to transfer the call to or deposit the message
  • Transfer the call to the staff member's phone or voice mail
  • Leave a text message and send as E-mail to the staff
